By accessing and using Rivardic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Rivardic is a clinical documentation system designed for healthcare professionals in Canada. These Terms govern your use of the Service and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rivardic.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The Service is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals. By creating an account, you represent that you are authorized to practice in your jurisdiction and will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all rights to the clinical data you enter into the Service. Rivardic claims no ownership over your patient records or clinical documentation.
We are committed to protecting personal health information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and access controls.

Rivardic offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time.
IMPORTANT: Rivardic is a documentation tool and does not provide medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivardic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the clinical documentation you create using the Service. Rivardic does not validate clinical decisions or replace professional judgment.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your account poses a security or legal risk.
Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Ontario, except where prohibited by law.
